Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line IT support to users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, devices, and applications
• Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and user accounts
• Monitor and resolve IT service tickets efficiently
• Assist with network connectivity and security troubleshooting
• Document technical issues and resolutions clearly
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and user experience
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and system updates
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical guidance to employees and clients

Requirements

• English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus
