Main Duties:
Handling telephone calls to the Embassy.

Receiving guests to the Embassy.

Handling mail and operating the franking machine.

Booking pick-ups with the logistics company to send the Diplomatic pouch.

Ordering and maintaining the appropriate stock of stationery and other office amenities.

Other clerical work.

Assisting diplomatic personnel.

Requirements:
Excellent command of Norwegian and English.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Basic knowledge on MS-Word and Excel.

Flexibility to take multi role tasks when needed.

Conditions:
Full time employee position to start on 1 September 2026.

Working hours: 8:30-16:00, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Overtime may be required from time to time; overtime allowance to be calculated at an hourly rate stipulated by the Embassy.

Salary will depend upon the education and experience of the successful candidate but is expected to be approximately NOK36,000- 38,000 per month.

Interview:
The Embassy conducts primary screening of applicants with submitted documents.
