Full stillingsbeskrivelse

Are you ready to start your consulting career and help businesses transform their Supply Chain processes? Do you have a technical curiosity and a drive to learn? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for.

As part of the departement
As a Junior Consultant in EG's Professional Services team, you will work alongside experienced colleagues helping customers implement and optimise ERP solutions. You will become part of a strong professional environment with colleagues across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, working with customers in industries such as wholesale, distribution, and trade.

EG has a clear AI strategy, and we are actively integrating AI into our products and delivery model. As a consultant with us, you will be an active part of this journey, and we expect you to bring curiosity and a genuine desire to learn how AI can enhance ERP implementations and Supply Chain processes.

What you will do
As you grow in the role, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically include:

  • Supporting technical design and configuration of ERP solutions within Supply Chain.
  • Analysis and mapping of business and system flow in close collaboration with senior colleagues.
  • Contributing to the preparation of functional and technical designs.
  • Assisting with integrations between EG's ERP platform and adjacent systems.
  • Participating in customer workshops and project meetings across Norway and the Nordics.
  • The role is primarily based in Oslo, with project activity across Norway and the Nordics.

What you bring

  • You have recently completed your studies within IT, engineering, or a related field, ideally within the last two years.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have a technical background or strong interest in IT, system integration, or ERP, and are eager to develop your skills in a professional consulting environment.
  • You are analytical by nature, structured in your approach, and communicate clearly both with colleagues and customers.
  • You are comfortable with new technology and see AI as a natural tool in your daily work. You do not need to be an AI expert, but you bring curiosity and drive to explore how AI can create value in Supply Chain processes and ERP implementations.
  • Experience with EDI integrations, APIs, or general database understanding is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Any prior exposure to ERP systems within Supply Chain is an advantage. What matters most is your technical potential and your ability to learn.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • A dynamic work environment at one of the leading software houses in the Nordics.
  • A structured onboarding and a strong mentoring environment to help you grow quickly.
  • We take care of your development with a tailored career path.
  • The opportunity to specialise within technical ERP, process and business understanding, or project management.
  • Complex projects with real responsibility, working closely with enterprise customers across the Nordics.
  • Flexible working conditions including the option to work from home.
  • Competitive salary and pension package.
