Key Responsibilities Provide customer support and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues. Support daily operational activities and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and partners. Manage and follow up on support tickets, break-and-fix activities, and onsite interventions. Maintain operational data, reports, and documentation. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Support quality assurance activities and help ensure high service standards. Assist with logistics coordination, alarm handling, and delivery projects when required. Must be able to work within a scheduled shift arrangement (currently between 06:30 and 18:30), with hours subject to change based on business needs. The role also includes participation in a rotating 24/7 Duty Officer schedule and requires daily presence at our office in Arendal, Norway. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Technical aptitude and interest in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken. Norwegian language proficiency is an advantage.
