We are now looking for an Innovation Driver to join our newly created RBU. In this role, you will join the Analytics & Innovation team and report to the Analytics & Innovation Director.

How you can contribute and have an impact?

• Own and manage innovation projects until transfer into business departments.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of innovation projects, managing them from ideation through to successful transfer into business departments.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, business departments, and external partners to align project goals and ensure smooth transitions.
• Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of innovation projects, ensuring they stay on track, within scope, and on budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and project outcomes to business departments, ensuring they are equipped to continue and scale the innovation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management and innovation outcomes.

What we look for:

• Proven experience in impact measurement, sustainability management, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Innovation Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English, other local languages are considered as an advantage.
