Each year more than 250 000 people from all over the world visit us at Scandic Destination Nordkapp and we're looking for team members to help us give them a memorable adventure at the North Cape.

No matter what your next adventure is, whether it's to explore the Arctic, make new friends or travel the world, spending the summer season working with us in Team Nordkapp should be a memory for the rest of your life. Our Nordkapp Energy Team will arrange activities both inside and outside the entire season, so you can get even more acquainted with your coworkers and life here at the North Cape. While you come here to work, we hope you'll bring your personality and culture to add to our next adventure.

We're currently looking for seasonal staff for our Outdoor and Parking department.

In this department you will be the host to receive visitors arriving to the North Cape. You will be the first person they meet after their long travel, selling access and parking tickets to the breathtaking North Cape Plateau, as well as giving information about the area, nature and how to sustainably visit one of Europe's most exotic destinations. You will also ensure that the parking and outside areas are presentable, as well as giving our guests information about safe use of the North Cape.

We are looking for multiple team members for this position for the summer season and a few for permanent employment. All positions will include work on evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays based on posted schedule.


Because Scandic Destination Nordkapp welcomes visitors and team members from all over the world, all our team members must speak and write English. Skills in any Scandinavian language is appreciated. Please note any additional language skills in your application. If you apply as a group, please provide separate applications for each applicant.

The positions have a startup period of mid-June 2024. We are hiring primarily for the summer season, but also permanent staff.

For seasonal staff, we provide housing in shared double/tripe rooms. Hourly salary based on the collective agreement for Hotel and Restaurant (Riksavtalen LO/NHO)
