CXC Global are working with a leading pharmaceutical company, looking for an experienced supply chain specialist for a 6 month contract based in Norway!


Part of the EMEA embecta portfolio must be reworked by applying labels to the finished goods packaging to comply with destination countries’ regulations. The labeling operations specialist will coordinate the entire chain of labeling activities (i.e. Purchase Order generation, Bill of Material management, requirements generation, labels inventory management) by working closely with key functional stakeholders, namely: Regulatory, Quality, Supply chain, Finance and the Third-Party Logistic provider where the products are stored. Labeling is a critical activity to ensure business continuity in some specific EMEA countries.

She/He/They will report to the EMEA Supply Chain Planning department.


  • Responsible for follow-up/review labeling requests
  • Capture commercial priorities and ensure stock availability for Business continuity.
  • Communicate expected labeled stock availability to relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the administrative preparation of the labeling protocol and required documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional requests and document approvals (such as Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Plants, Finance...)
  • Communicate with all different internal and external departments (3PL Inbound and Outbound, Planning, Freight Forwarder).
  • Responsible to place labelling purchase orders with external outside suppliers
  • Work within a Quality Management System ISO 13485
  • Provide training to stakeholders involved in the labelling process, if applicable
  • Proven expertise in 3PL, Manufacturing or Quality preferably in a MedTech environment
  • Structured person, and process oriented.
  • Good sense of priorities & Customer first mindset.
  • Supports team goals and objectives, adapts to business needs showing flexibility.
  • Able to understand other stakeholder’s needs and suggest ideas of improvements.

Basic Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Supply chain, Manufacturing, Quality : preferably in the health care industry, in a multi-cultural environment
  • University degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality or related field of study
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Strong data analytic skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Other European languages preferred.
  • 2+ years of ERP implementation experience in an international environment is an advantage.
  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination roles is preferred.


  • Certification from a recognized supply chain institution is a plus.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 580.00kr - 600.00kr per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


  • Supply Chain: 5 years (Preferred)
