We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.

The company:

You will be support Norwegian-speaking customers of a popular online travel agency (OTA) that facilitates booking accommodations, flights, rental cars, and various travel experiences worldwide. It is known for its user-friendly interface, extensive global coverage, and customer reviews that help travelers make informed decisions when planning their trips.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
  • Create, update, and manage travel itineraries for clients, ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Address and resolve booking issues, such as changes, cancellations, and disruptions, promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide clients with expert travel advice and recommendations, including the best options for their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all bookings comply with company or client travel policies and guidelines.
  • Accurately enter and maintain booking information in the reservation system.
  • Communicate and coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure reservations and handle special requests.
  • Keep clients informed about their travel plans, including confirmations, changes, and any potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (must be at least C1)
  • Communicative level of English (at least B2)
  • You live in Bulgaria or you are ready to relocate
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Work experiencein the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage
  • Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage

Relocation package:

  • Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses of up to 490 BGN after 6 months from your start date in the company
  • The candidate can receive an advance in salary of up to 1056 BGN net (to pay for the rent)
  • Relocation specialist available to help with finding accommodation, open a bank account, etc
