Working on-site in Oslo, with occasional traveling to Hagan and Fornebu; from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm..

IT Support Engineer Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
  • Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
  • Manage basic Active Directory tasks
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

What You Need:
  • Experience: 1-3 years providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting.
  • Languages: A minimum B2+ (CERF) in both English and local language
  • Technical Skills: Good command of Windows O/S, Active Directory, Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

  • We pay up to $512.000 - $600.000 NOK/year, dependent upon relevant technical skills and experience, and cultural fit to the role
