What You'll Do

As a TDA Project Leader/Principal at BCG, you will guide a team of consultants and digital specialists to deliver impactful client engagements that drive digital transformation and unlock long-term value. Your role will encompass a range of digital and technology topics, including:

• Reimagining Technology Functions: Helping clients redesign technology organizations to enhance agility, improve efficiency, and align closely with business priorities.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Delivering transformational impact through the application of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning solutions that scale seamlessly within client organizations.
• Building Agile Capabilities: Supporting clients in embedding new ways of working, fostering a culture of rapid innovation, and enabling sustained adaptability in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

You’ll be at the forefront of client engagements, delivering actionable insights and driving tangible outcomes, reflecting BCG's commitment to high standards and lasting impact. Beyond providing strategic advice, you’ll partner with clients to shift mindsets, unlock new capabilities, and ensure they are equipped to navigate the future with confidence.

In this role, you will also mentor and develop your team, cultivating a learning-oriented environment where consultants can deepen their expertise in digital and technology domains. Collaborating closely with BCG and client leadership, you’ll refine strategies, challenge conventional thinking, and deliver cutting-edge solutions. Additionally, you’ll play an integral part in BCG's digital thought leadership efforts, shaping innovative perspectives and reinforcing the firm's position as a trusted advisor in technology-driven transformation.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:

• Have several years' of consulting experience, including leading consulting teams
• Have held a leadership role in industry, combined with 5+ years consulting experience
• Have a strong commercial mindset
• Have an outstanding academic track record from a leading university
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
