Play a vital role for our customers

As a Lead Services Specialist you will be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit.

As a Lead Services Specialist - Services Project Management you will be responisble for:

  • Completing activities related to supervision and execution of services projects, including: scope, time, contract, cost & quality management.
  • Being responsible for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control , to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Being responsible for the daily coordination of fulfillment issues related to Customer contracts, Time and Material, Manufacturing, Repair and Accessory shops.
  • Working closely with the shop to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and communicating status to the customer.
  • Reviewing business options for impacts on profit, for compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Completing customer and internal paperwork.
  • Coordinating shop and/or program reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary.
  • Presenting technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
  • Leading and reporting larger projects linked to complete product lines/larger projects with multiple sub projects.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region. Following frameworks to get through the processes (there is room for negotiating and client specific conditions)

  • Have degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have good working experience in Services Project Management
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Have ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability
