As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will:

• Lead technical decision-making on data modeling, object-oriented structures, APIs, and scalable architecture for client solutions.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions—ensuring business goals align with system design.
• Develop complete web and mobile applications using Appfarm Create, working hands-on in no-code development, including design and implementation of conceptual, logical and data level.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, balancing client requirements with technical feasibility.
• Manage and mentor small project teams (typically 2-3 people), ensuring technical quality and guiding Solution Engineers.
• Drive excellent client communication, managing expectations, avoiding scope creep, and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Contribute strategically to technology, product development, and sales engineering.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development, data analytics or a related field.
• Experience developing or utilizing APIs for system integrations is an advantage.
• A good eye for design and user experience — creating intuitive and visually appealing solutions.
• The confidence to make key technical decisions and structure systems for long-term scalability.
• Experience leading projects — balancing hands-on development with high-level system design.
• Strong project management and client communication skills — translating business needs into actionable tasks for the team.
• An ability to mentor and support junior team members within projects.
• Experience working on medium to large system development projects with moderate to high complexity.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills in a Scandinavian language.
• Residence in Norway/Østlandet or plans to relocate here.
