YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about driving impactful change through agile methodologies and digital transformation? In Capgemini, we support our clients’ executives to reach digital excellence in operations and accelerated agile delivery in a sustainable and cybersecure manner. We work with our clients to drive impact through transformations based on product teams, program excellence and Enterprise Agility (eg. based on frameworks like SAFe).

We are looking for a senior colleague (Manager/Director) to join our team, where you’ll work with high-impact projects, foster team development, and play a key role in transforming client organizations to achieve greater adaptability, resilience, and growth.

As a senior consultant in our team, you will be picking up responsibilities for:

• Project Leadership: Support and lead digital transformation projects, applying agile methodologies to optimize delivery and align with client objectives.
• Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
• Team Development: Mentor and motivate project teams, fostering a proactive and collaborative environment that promotes growth and knowledge sharing.
• Strategic Insight: Leverage and develop your knowledge of enterprise agility and project management to guide clients in modernizing their approach to modern business challenges.
• Sales and Business Development: Cultivate new and existing client relationships, actively participating in business development and the creation of strategic opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in management consulting or organizational development with proven results.
• Agile Expertise: Demonstrated experience in agile project management; relevant certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, SAF’e) are a plus.
• Project Management: Extensive background in leading projects, with hands-on experience in digital transformation and IT projects.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to complex challenges.
• Proactive Mindset: A driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial personality with the ability to lead initiatives and inspire teams.
• Communication: Good verbal and written skills in both Norwegian and English.
