Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a strong background in the payments or financial industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business development skills, an extensive network within payments, platforms, retail, or marketplaces, and a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities, and demonstrate a natural ability to lead and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payments or financial industry, leveraging an extensive network to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage Strategic Deals: Engage in high-stakes negotiations and manage executive relationships to close complex, high-value deals.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Account Management, and other internal teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive success.
- Represent the Company: Act as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the brand's presence and influence.
Who You Are:
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the payments or financial industry with a robust network within payments, platforms, retail, or marketplaces.
- Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, with experience managing long sales cycles (6-18 months) and closing high-value deals.
- Business Development Acumen: Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, with a consultative sales approach.
- Networking and Presentation Skills: Exceptional networking abilities and presentation skills, with experience maintaining senior executive relationships.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Data-driven, strategic thinker with a commercially driven attitude and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across different offices, roles, and cultures in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with product development processes, particularly in the payments industry, and the ability to engage with technical stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, GTM, or strategy roles within high-growth environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and earn trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quota targets on enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within the EU as required.
- English language skills on level C1/C2
