Job Description Summary
We are looking for a stability Scientist to join our team within manufacturing development.The competence area for Stability Studies is in the Manufacturing Development department within Global Product Management at GE HealthCare. The competence area is a center of excellence having responsibility for stability documentation within GE HealthCare, Pharmaceutical Diagnostics – with a wide reach working with GE HealthCare’s global functions and factories as well as with external customers, suppliers, and research companies. This responsibility embraces both documentation of stability from early phase throughout the different development phases up to launch (R&D projects) and line-extension projects (e.g., new packaging variants for marketed products).
We are looking for a Research Scientist to replace an employee who has accepted a new role. You will serve as an important link between Production, R&D and Regulatory Affairs.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Test and document the stability of GE HealthCare products (shelf life and storage conditions).
Co-operate with the various analytical departments.
Where applicable participate in projects to develop new products, product variants and new packaging.
Where applicable participate in projects related to technology transfer between GE HealthCare’s manufacturing sites.
Required Qualifications
Higher level university degree (M. Sc. Chem. Eng./Chem./Pharm.) or equivalent
Works independently and seeks solutions.
Creates collaboration opportunities and proactively connects with others.
Contributes when working in cross functional groups and enjoys working with a global network.
Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and fluently in both English and Norwegian at all levels.
Present and defend test strategies and reports to Regulatory Authorities.

Desired Skills
Experience from production of Pharmaceuticals or related Industry.
Ability to work on a strategic level as well as on a practical level.
Interest in technology to find best solutions for running and controlling a production process.
Experienced with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.
Builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Experience with developing pharmaceutical products will be beneficial.
Experienced in using statistical data analysis and modelling.
Willingness to train, mentor, coach others.
Ability to lead projects with 3-5 people.
