Drive and develop Getinge Service in Norway. Monitor financial targets and ensure they are met. Have a strong customer focus, take ownership of customers and ensure customer satisfaction in the region. Find business possibilities for service, service contracts and sales of spare parts to existing and potential customers. Develop and coach service technicians and steer the service force in an efficient way. Ensure a positive spirit among the technicians, a high employment satisfaction and low turnover. Active participation in Service Management Team to ensure that all Nordic synergies are captured.
This hybrid position is based at our office in Oslo.
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
· Experience leading a service team and supervisors
· Experience in contract management and business development
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong leadership and customer focus
· Skilled relationship builder
· Strong tactical and strategic background
· University degree or equivalent experience
· Previous work with med tech is a plus
· Valid driver's license and passport required
· Fluent in Norwegian and English
