Simployer is building a new team from the ground up, and we are therefore on the lookout for Onboarding Specialists to play a key role in delivering smooth and successful implementations of our leading HR tech solutions. You’ll be the bridge between customers and our product, ensuring a positive start to their journey with Simployer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new team early on at a high-growth SaaS company and help businesses across the Nordics unlock the full value of Simployer from day one. You will get the chance to help shape the team, influence ways of working, and establish a center of excellence for onboarding and implementation at Simployer Norway.


Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

    Implementation & Onboarding Excellence

    • Own and lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth, timely, and impactful implementation.
    • Configure and tailor the Simployer HRM platform to meet customer-specific workflows, processes, and goals.
    • Manage data migration activities, including mapping, transfer, validation, and integrity checks.
    • Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure integrations, workflows, and automation are running flawlessly.
    • Support migration from legacy systems to Simployer One, ensuring a smooth transition without business disruption.

    Customer Enablement & Training

    • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, empowering users to get the most from our platform.
    • Create and maintain user guides, documentation, and best practices that support long-term adoption.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, helping clients unlock the full potential of the Simployer solution.

    Technical Support & Problem Solving

    • Test and validate systems prior to go-live—ensuring every detail is working perfectly.
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues, escalating to engineering teams where necessary.
    • Offer strategic advice on system performance optimization and common challenges.

    Customer-Centric Collaboration

    • Be a trusted advisor, helping customers connect their business needs with Simployer’s capabilities.
    • Relay insights and feedback from customers to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive continuous improvement.
    • Constantly refine our onboarding methodology to boost customer satisfaction, efficiency, and success rates.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative, and tech-savvy problem solver who’s passionate about great customer experiences.

✔ Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or professional services
✔ Strong technical acumen in data migration, system integrations, and troubleshooting
✔ Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously, with solid time and project management skills
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, you know how to listen, adapt, and guide
✔ A structured, analytical mindset and a natural curiosity for solving problems
✔ Comfortable building and delivering training materials and documentation
✔ A degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or similar, is a plus
✔ Fluency in a Nordic language and English, both written and spoken
