Responsibilities:
Preperations of hot and cold dishes from our A la carte menu

Production and produce handling

Maintain quality assurance standards

Ensure compliance with HACCP and IK-mat guidelines

Qualifications:
Skilled chef; relevant experience can compensate for formal education

Previous experience in the grill/BBQ segment is advantageous

Proficiency in Scandinavian or English language for effective communication

Personal Characteristics:
Strong customer service orientation

Pragmatic and efficient in problem-solving

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to take initiative

Capable of working independently and collaboratively as a team player

Openness to learning and personal development

To get to where we are today, we have worked hard and purposefully towards a clear profile, and as the name suggests, grilling is the concept. No matter what dish you choose to eat with us, parts of the dish have been through our fantastic Josper charcoal grill.
