About the position
We are strengthening our team by adding an additional Development Manager. We are seeking an individual who is highly technical and deeply committed to nurturing excellence in our team members and focused on delivering quality products.
You will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our app and technical development teams. Guiding them through career development, enhancing our collaborative culture, and optimizing our operational processes. You will be the key to successful collaboration across our app- teams and core technical teams.
As a Development Manager in Admincontrol you will be part of the R&D management group with a focus on developing, aligning, and executing strategies.

Responsibilities and tasks
- Guide the development team in achieving their career goals through regular follow-ups and personalized development plans.
- Monitor ongoing development progress and keep stakeholders informed.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Follow up on all personnel related matters.
- Work closely with other department heads to align strategic initiatives.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Responsible for staff recruitment and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Open line of communication with members of the Support team.
- Prioritizing the maintenance of a stable production environment.
- Owner of some release related processes.
Skills and experience
- Formal Computer Science education. Relevant experience can compensate for the educational requirement.
- Familiar with secure development practices and overall sense of information technology security.
- Software engineering background and familiar with all software development processes.
- Previous experience with leading teams.
- Good communication skills.
- Motivated individual that is focused on continuous improvement.
