We are looking for an Oracle Consultant to join our Norwegian team, partnering with clients in the CFO’s office to deliver expert consulting services. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to design and implement high-quality EPM solutions. Success in this position requires strong time management skills, a team-oriented approach, and a dedication to continuous professional development.

As an Oracle Consultant, you will ensure clear and consistent communication with project leadership while playing a key role in delivering projects on time with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client engagements, acting as a key member of the implementation team and taking responsibility for key elements of the build.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Offer expertise and guidance on EPM software implementation and customization.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science
• Experience in EPM Consulting, with proven experience of operating within a team
• Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, preferably FCC
• A good understanding of financial consolidation processes
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
