Your Mission

You will be part of the Customer Office and in the Value Delivery Team, responsible for everything around customer onboarding in Norway. In total we are a team of 10 colleagues, placed in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Netherland. We belong to the bigger Customer Office where you will collaborate with 30 colleagues located around Europe.

The Value Realization (VRS) Role will work with customers primarily in the public sector, doing implementation, onboarding and as a part of larger migration projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implementing new Customers from initial contact to go live.

  • Training Existing Customers in Mercell Tender Platforms.

  • Project planning on Migration projects.

  • Relationship Management.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in project management

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain partnerships.

  • Fluent in Norwegian

  • Fluent in English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer handling

  • Knowledge of public procurement processes

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • A clear customer focus
