We're seeking a Global Billing Support Specialist (m/f/d) with a strong hands-on mentality to join our dynamic and dedicated team at LINK Mobility, Europe's leading provider of mobile messaging.

As the Global Billing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for securing a correct and efficient billing process for all customers within the Global Sales portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new customers and updating products, prices, and terms
  • Provide daily support on invoice inquiries
  • Answering emails and phone calls from our customers
  • Ensure good and efficient invoicing of Global Sales customers
  • Assist in customer meetings when needed, and evaluate the customers' needs
  • Setting up new and maintaining existing customer data
  • Acquire a good knowledge of our main products
  • Provide daily updates and reporting
  • Other incidental work in our finance support department

To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or other relevant education (work experience can compensate for a lack of formal education)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in working in systems and databases
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Ability to make good priorities in a busy environment
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with customers
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English
