About the Role

The Azets Group is seeking an experienced Head of CRM (UK & Ireland) to lead the alignment of CRM infrastructure and operations within the UK and Ireland business units in line with the Group’s 'OneCRM' strategy on Salesforce. This role focuses on operational efficiency, standardisation, and scalability to support sales, operations, and service delivery teams through CRM transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the UK/IE CRM transformation, aligning with the Group’s OneCRM vision on Salesforce.
  • Define and implement standardised CRM processes, workflows, and data structures to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Ensure best practices are embedded across UK/IE operations, focusing on scalability and governance.
  • Drive Salesforce adoption across business units, ensuring alignment with global CRM policies.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Act as the key liaison between UK/IE business units and Group CRM leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to optimise CRM workflows for commercial growth.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Salesforce teams to ensure UK/IE requirements are effectively integrated into the OneCRM roadmap.

CRM Operations & Technical Oversight

  • Oversee the migration and consolidation of legacy CRM systems onto Salesforce.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify and address CRM operational challenges, working with Salesforce admins, developers, and external partners.
  • Leverage CRM insights and analytics to enhance business decision-making and performance tracking.

Change Management & Adoption


  • Lead training, enablement, and user support to drive CRM adoption across UK/IE teams.
  • Effectively communicate CRM changes and ensure smooth change management.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives through feedback loops and system enhancements.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a CRM leadership role within a multi-business unit environment.
  • Strong background in growth operations, sales enablement, or CRM process optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale CRM transformation projects, ideally involving Salesforce.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data governance, and CRM analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and change management expertise.
