Assignment Description

• Provide support to Quality Control lead in System Integration Team. QC is responsible for; Scope: FFA Hugin A/FFA Hugin B (FFA - Fixed Facilities Alliance)
• Participate in the Alliance’s criticality assessments (CA) as required.
• Coordinate incomplete/missing Client CAs.
• Ensure that the CA is used as the basis for mark-up and follow-up inspection and test plans (ITP).
• Establish manning plan for Client inspectors as required.
• Familiarization program for Client inspectors (requirements, work method, expectations, collaboration with project organization).
• Allocate Client engineers/inspectors to the relevant inspection activities (ref. notification for inspections (NOI)).
• Establish and follow-up PIMS quality management (QM) module for inspection follow-up and reporting.
• Align with FFA activities to ensure common approach.
• Follow-up that the Alliance performs inspections as agreed:
• Competence of inspectors.
• Witness points are not waived (instead the CA is updated requiring less inspection activities).
• Timely reporting; findings are handled in an appropriate manner (by FFA) and shared with Client.
• Some travel between offices and to different fabrication sites is expected, but not on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in quality control and project engineering.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection processes.
