We are seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to relocate to Greece - we provide a relocation package!

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

• No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support for digital products and services.
• Provide clear and friendly guidance to help users resolve common technical issues.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve support processes and user satisfaction.

• What you will need:
• Fluent level of Norwegian language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• Be open to a permanent relocation to Greece - with our excellent relocation package!

What you will gain:
