The Role
As a Client Services Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their financial goals through effective use of our platform. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of equity compensation and guide clients in managing their programs.
• Support client onboarding and provide ongoing assistance to ensure they maximize our platform’s value.
• Analyze financial data, monitor results, and enhance processes for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to shape our product and refine the customer journey.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their long-term success with Optio.

Qualifications

• Are recent graduates or early in their career, ideally within the world of Finance
• Have an interest in finance, business, or customer success, and ready to take on meaningful responsibility
• Data analytical mindset, allowing data to drive your decision making
• Strong skills in tools such as Excel
• Excel in a team environment but can also work independently when required.
• Are fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Have a tech-savvy mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
