Job Description Summary
GE HealthCare is undergoing a LEAN transformation to make it a simpler, faster and even more customer centric organization. The LEAN transformation will accelerate performance improvement and strengthen capabilities to deliver on its strategic priorities. LEAN is how we deliver for our people, patients, and consumers. The Site LEAN Expert role based in the Oslo site will be part of the team responsible for the design and execution of the LEAN transformation roadmap for the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics Integrated Supply Chain Business Unit reporting to the site Lean Leader. The LEAN team is responsible for developing and deploying the LEAN behaviors, principles, standards, and tools across the GEHC PDx network and specifically the Oslo site to drive tangible business value. This role is critical to driving the Cultural Change required to move GEHC PDx to a true LEAN organization. The role requires hands-on experience applying Lean/driving results through continuous improvement and will be a contributing leader to the overall success of the program.Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide overall LEAN leadership at Site level and drive the LEAN transformation by:
- Serving as a champion, coach, mentor for change by influencing teams to better understanding and adopt lean principles, problem-solving methodologies, digital adaptation and ultimately fostering a culture of change and servant leadership
- Partnering with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute improvement opportunities through Kaizen
- Driving the execution of Kaizens and LEAN events to deliver on the Continuous Improvement plan
- Co-own event charter, metrics, scope, required pre-work and event execution plan
- Establish and execute a roadmap to build, implement and measure lean principles across all business partner’s processes

The position will be a demonstrated leader in Lean and Digital supply chain methods and will act as a role model for ‘Lean mindset’ across the entire PDx business
Qualifications and Experience:
- Consistent experience in roles responsible for operations and supply chain
- Completed technical education (MSc or BSc) with proven practical experience
- Improvement mindset is essential, understands LEAN toolset with proven results
- Ability to facilitate and conduct Kaizens and action work outs and proven success in leading significant business process improvement
- Demonstrated leadership ability to shape and drive transformational change
- Familiarity with various manufacturing process technologies – MES, EBR, AI
