IT Consultant MS Dynamics (m/f/d)

As part of a growing team within our central IT department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You manage internal projects related to MS Dynamics implementation and customization in an agile environment
• You collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements and goals
• You take ownership of business processes and relevant support cases
• You provide exceptional stakeholder support, addressing inquiries and issues related to MS Dynamics and ensuring customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• You have successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a related field, or a comparable qualification
• You have 5 years of professional experience in application support, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing is a definite advantage
• You bring good knowledge of sales and marketing processes and activities
• You have proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0)
• You have knowledge in Power BI
• You have a service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills in English, and German language proficiency is considered a plus
