The hiring manager for this role is Jonas Holm, Manager- IT User Services. As a leader, he is a people Manager, with focus on personal and technical development for your personal and technical development.

Your role & influence as Servicedesk Technician

You will be joining a European team sitting on locations mainly in the Nordics and Benelux. Along with the team, you'll be in charge of making sure our IT works well everywhere, helping employees use top-notch tools to be more productive and reach our goals smoothly.

Core activities:


IT Support Management:
Daily support via tickets, phone and walk-ins and local equipment maintenance. (Network, print, meeting rooms, phonesystem) on multiple locations in Moss, Olso and Trondheim


Project Involvement:
Contribute to development projects, office upgrades, and new locations.

Training and Onboarding: Conduct internal training, manage on/offboardings, and ensure equipment readiness.

Security and Network: Conduct access control audits, general location security, and negotiate local mobile phone agreements.

Additionally, we expect that you bring:

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
  • General knowledge around Microsoft services and applications
  • Good English skills both in speech and writing. Norwegian skills will be a plus.
  • Drivers license
