Join our Norwegian team as an Oracle Managing Consultant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the CFO’s office with top-tier consulting expertise. As part of our global digital transformation team, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to provide strategic advisory support, implement innovative technology solutions, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, focusing on Oracle EPM software consulting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Provide expertise and guidance on EPM software implementation and customisation.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, contributing to the evolution of new solutions and methodologies.

Requirements

• Years of relevant experience in consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, preferably FCC.
• In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing projects and teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
