We are looking for a Principal Engagement Manager to join our office in Norway.

As a Principal Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering measurable value to our clients by aligning their business goals with cutting-edge technical solutions. Your leadership will ensure seamless project execution while maintaining a laser focus on achieving outstanding business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple OneStream consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
• Support our Nordic OneStream EPM business across all territories but with a focus on Norway, driving growth in finding new opportunities and enhancing capabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing them with support and opportunities for growth.
• Engage with the wider community to shape and promote inlumi's thought leadership in digital transformation for the office of the CFO, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Offer insights on how EPM solutions can align with the client’s long-term performance management strategy.
• Support local sales leaders on business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the development of proposals and presentations.
• Play a vital role in shaping and executing inlumi's business strategy.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in consulting, digital transformation, or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of working closely with customers and high-level executives.
• Deep understanding of finance processes (e.g., FP&A, accounting) and the OneStream XF platform.
• Proven experience in effectively mentoring and supporting the progress and advancement of team members.
