About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst that will play a pivotal role the global FP&A team within the finance function. In this role, you will work closely with both the FP&A and Data/BI team to turn data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, improve performance, and drive value across the organization.

You’ll play a key part in supporting the Finance department with data-driven decision-making, developing dashboards, financial models, and exploring innovative technologies such as AI and automation to enhance how we work. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve BI dashboards, reports, and financial models that support data-driven decision-making across departments
Act as a key partner to the Finance department: train, support, and advise team members to improve data literacy and user adoption of BI tools
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that drive business performance and operational efficiency
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through visualizations, and presentations that support strategic decision making.

What we're looking for:
2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Extensive experience with SQL and BI development
Proficiency in a programming language such as Python for data analysis and automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for turning data into business insights
Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across teams and presenting to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with SaaS metrics and experience working in a high-growth or Private Equity-backed company is a plus (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (fluency in Norwegian is preferred)
Tech-savvy and curious – always looking for ways to optimize and automate
