We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will implement business development initiatives, grow and improve client relationship management, and generate successful sales growth. He needs to understand our competitive advantages and formulate solution proposals which address the prospect’s business needs. Some of the position responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, qualifying prospects and driving new business through the sales process including providing presentations and negotiating/closing deals.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- At least 7 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager in Software Development;
- Knowledge of the business ethics basics;
- Competent verbal and written communication skills;
- Understanding of sales process;
- Strong understanding of the IT industry;
- Knowledge of software development technologies and processes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with incoming leads from various channels;
- Building comprehensive partnerships with leads/partners at various levels;
- Realization and identification of new potential customers and new market opportunities;
- Work with the CRM system;
- Work with presales;
- Negotiating with clients/partners;
- Support and conclusion of contracts;
- Analysing information about clients and leads;
- Tracking IT business trends;
- Work with company representatives.
