Your Role
As Sales Manager for Scandinavia, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in this key market. You’ll focus on acquiring new clients, increasing sales across our Truck Tyres, Industrial Tyres, and OTR Tyres product lines, and providing top-level support to customers throughout Scandinavia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert annual sales targets into clear, actionable sales plans for the Scandinavian market.
- Drive growth and improve margins in the region’s tyre industry.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through consultative sales, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Represent Magna Tyres at trade shows, conferences, and other key industry events.
- Manage a schedule with approximately 70% travel to meet clients and 30% remote work.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You have instant access to a network of customers in the OTR, Industrial or Truck industry in Scandinavia.
- A proven sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in the tyre industry, particularly in OTR and Industrial or Truck Tyres.
- A team player with a "Can-do" attitude and a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working across diverse cultural environments, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) is required.
