Job Title: Norwegian Customer Service Representative
Start Date: May 1st, 2024
Shift Pattern: 8:00 – 16:00 CET
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Norwegian Customer Service Representative to join our team at Stromberg. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Norwegian, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences to our Norwegian-speaking clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about Stromberg products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer needs and provide relevant information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Uphold Stromberg's brand reputation by delivering personalized and solution-oriented service to every customer interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Norwegian (both written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is advantageous.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
