Who we are

Long job specs are boring. So let’s keep it short and sweet:

  • Aritma is a tech scale-up building the Zapier for Finance. We connect and automate data between banks, ERPs and PSPs so that finance teams can stop doing boring stuff and start sipping coffee (like the rest of us). But for real, what we do is pretty significant and solves manual grunt work and frustrations.
  • Our systems move €140B transactions (Hint: That’s a lot!) for over 40.000 B2B customers in the Nordics, like OBOS, Plantasjen, Fiken, Aker & Veidekke.
  • We’re scaling fast, from 30-50+ people in a year, but we’re just getting started, and we’re still one of Bergen’s most hidden gems….

…which is why we need you to help us get known, visible and really blow-up our brand online with great content!

About the role

You’ll join us as we enter our most exciting chapter: We’re scaling internationally and have bold unicorn ambitions

You’ll be our first dedicated content producer, working closely with our 11 people Commercial team (marketing & sales). Your fingerprints will be all over shaping our entire brand presence online, from video-podcasts production to capturing behind-the-scenes content. You’ll own the entire production cycle from idea to publish-ready content.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Build and own our complete content production rig (studio, lighting, mics, cameras, software, processes, integrating AI where relevant etc.).
  • Shoot and edit killer videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and wherever eyeballs live these days (daytrading attention?)
  • Help produce podcasts, event coverage, customer interviews, sales-videos and behind-the-scenes footage from day-to-day Aritma-life and slice it into shorts, clips, posts, memes and whatever humans watch.
  • Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, algorithm changes and gear/tech/AI development, and test new stuff constantly.
  • Help us define our brand style and produce ungodly amounts of epic content that’s actually good and that people want to watch.

Just to be clear: You’re not expected to be in front of the camera, primarily capturing the moments. But who knows, you might be our future movie star?

️ What you bring

We couldn’t care less about about your titles, degrees, or years of experience. If you’re 19, 24, 38 or 59, doesn’t matter; if you’re good enough, you’re old enough.

What we really care about is that:

You’re a kind, fun and a curious human - who like other people (this is not a “sit in a cave and push some buttons type of role”).

You can take raw footage and turn it into scroll-stopping, high-performing, social media magic

You’re obsessed with social, content trends, formats, tech and gear. You know what works and how to get the most bang for our buck

You’re constantly testing tech, tools, plugins, and better workflows (did we mention AI?) - and know who to follow on YT, IG, TikTok etc.

You probably have your own channel or showreel — or at least a private folder of bangers.

You move fast, work well with others, and figure stuff out on the fly.

You have taste. Not everyone does. You do.

Tools you might use:

CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, Canva, Notion, Descript, Riverside, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, IG, TikTok, YT, LinkedIn, Spotify — and the next 10 tools you discover before we do.

That said, you don’t need to know all (or any) of these, but we expect you to be curious, try new things and know what it takes to produce awesome stuff!

    • The salary will be market-competitive, taking seniority and competence into account. We pay good people what they’re worth, so we're confident we'll figure it out and this won't be a deal-breaker for any of us
  • This position requires that either you live in Bergen or will relocate for the position.
