Position: Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)
Location: Gullknapp Airport, Arendal, Norway
About Us
OSM Aviation Airtech is a General Aviation (GA) focused maintenance provider, headquartered at Gullknapp Airport in Arendal, Norway. We also operate a Line Station in Västerås, Sweden, and maintain strong ties to Fort Lauderdale, USA, through our flight school in Miami.
Our core operations involve scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our customers’ fleet of Cessna 172 and Diamond DA42 aircraft, powered by Continental engines.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and verify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at home base and remote locations
- Carry out aircraft modifications and major repairs
- Support lean and efficient operations within the maintenance organization
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain and expand your qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
- Valid EASA Part-66 License (preferably with piston engine experience)
- Minimum 3 years of documented line or base maintenance experience
- Experience with commonly operated commercial or GA aircraft
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Self-driven, structured, and customer-oriented
