About the position

We are now looking for a person in the temporary position of Support Manager, with great commitment and a burning desire to deliver top customer service. The temporary position expires on 28.02.26, but there is a possibility of extending the employment if the department needs it.

In the position of Support Manager, you will assist board members, business leaders and advisors in data room processes with solving their challenges and simplifying everyday life. The majority of our customers are located in the Nordic region, with steadily increasing international growth. You will be part of a very dedicated and committed team that together solves the challenges that arise when using our web and app-based services.

Responsibilities and tasks

We offer customer service to our customers 24/7/365. Working hours will mainly be during office hours (8am-6pm) on weekdays, with occasional need for staffing of on-call telephone and email in the evenings and on weekends where you work from home.
The duties consist of:
  • Provide 1st line top, professional customer service by phone and email.
  • Assist in maintaining, developing and establishing new processes related to customer service
  • Assist in, take initiative for, and lead dedicated projects when needed

Skills and experience

  • Passionate about top customer service
  • Fluent in either Norwegian, Swedish or Danish, in addition to English, written and spoken
  • Flexible and available at short notice if needed
  • Committed to high quality in work
  • Easily adapts to new systems
  • Systematic and sees the value of structure in work
  • Good pedagogical skills
  • Good technical understanding
  • Proactive and committed
  • Social team player with good collaboration skills

About you

You generally have a very good understanding of languages, and are fluent in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) in addition to English, both written and spoken. Communication with customers takes place by phone and email, and your pedagogical skills come in handy when you transfer your knowledge to our customers. You have a basic good understanding and interest in technical solutions. You enjoy guidance and problem solving and are able to see situations from the customer's perspective. It is an advantage if you have experience in customer service, but not a requirement.
