We are searching for a marketing specialist who can help us implement, track and optimise marketing and sales activities. You will play a hands-on role in planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing content creation, coordinating events, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation
• Create and manage marketing materials including web content, email campaigns, presentations, sales collateral, and social media posts
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across product, sales, and technical teams to align messaging and priorities
• Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using insights to improve future campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
• Conduct market research to support messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis

What We're Looking for

• A BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field with 3-5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably with B2B marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
• Experience with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset and experience with marketing metrics and performance tracking
• A proactive, self-driven team player with strong attention to detail
• International experience is a plus
