We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.

About the project:

Currently we have two different projects, so your could choose between working as a Content Moderator or Customer Support Specialist for a banking company. Depending on the project you would be moderating content and posted ads or give support to the bank users related to money transfer transactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian language (C1) - (written and spoken) is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language - B2
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask

• Basic salary of 3200 -4100 BGN gross per month
