Alright for a easy jobNothing too special. About what you would expect from Walmart. Day to day task all super repetitive. No one really tries that hard, so if you ever need to get something done quickly good luck.

Ambiente de trabajo bajo presión y no muy equilibradoEs buena empresa, en las condiciones laborales a veces el equipo para realizar el trabajo deja mucho que desear para mejorar, respetan salarios y horarios, pero se tiene favoritos para los ascensos

Walmart is for the gaysWalmart treats their employees unfairly. They cut hours (30-34) for full time employees and then hire temps to do their job. They do not supply required equipment to employees, but instead give equipment to the temps. They also change the rules by the hour. You have several managers all at once telling you to get things done right away. They find any excuse possible to use your PTO. They also charge employees their PTO time when the store is closed for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Management is horrible at Middleburg, FL store. All employees are overworked and unhappy.

Used to be good, but profits wonI've worked there 12 years And management, corporate used to care. Now they don't. They advertise pay raises woo hoo, but they don't tell them that we lost shift difrential for Sundays, less pto and no longer get a bonus. Without notice our discount is covering less. We're also only allowed 5 call offs and tardy is half a day. Etc. Oh and raise used to be 40 cents a year now two percent

Morally corrupt company with no concern for employeesBroken/not enough equipment to be able to safely complete your job yet you're expected to do it anyway. Flat 2% "inflation" raise anually is all you'll ever get, unless minimum wage goes up in you're area, in which case your hours will be cut so you'll be making even less than before the raise. They've slowly gotten rid of almost all of the bonuses and are now on track to get rid of the last remaining monetary bonus. Laziness is rewarded or ignored while hard workers get pushed even harder and farther to the breaking point. Constant "restructuring" to cut wage expenses means that no position is safe here.. cashier's? Theyll replace you with self checkout.. Manager? We're cutting half those positions and leaving the remaining with far too many responsibilities that no one can handle all at once, setting them and everyone under them up for failure. Stocker? Oh We're cutting half those jobs too so the remaining employees must do 2x-3x the work with no pay raise. This company WILL ruin your mental health, it's just a matter of how long it takes. If you value yourself at all, do not get a job here.
