The signs of the time

I have very few words. It is a job. I don’t expect much change or improvements from it. It is a reflection of the higher ups and their priority. It is each man for themselves. As someone told me, if you don’t like where you work you can change that. The problem is the risk of starting over and being valued. Being able to find a job that allows you to pick up financially where you left If not more for your experience and expertise. Also having full benefits to compensate the employees.

they are slashing hours left and right. Cashiers are fine but any level of management gets screwed quite often. Hours cuts, less pto, no more approved overtime. 10/10 wouldn;t reccomend,

The company was a lot of fun when I had started in 2001, but the past five years they didn’t seem to care about employees

Very stressful towards the end. Cutting employees down to the bare minimum Cross training was good if you have enough employees and you are not stressed to run to many departments
