Working in Norway on Surgical and Orthopedic Department is challenging for all the personal. Everyone have their responsibilities and strive to do their job as good as possible, and support and help each other across the professions.
I have learned that there is a curtain routine the job depending on what kind of patients you are having to encounter.
Co-workers are helpful and show respect across the professions. The hardest part of the job is to know full understanding of the situation, cause many times something occurs and surprises you and you have to think out of the box to solve the problem. The enjoyable part is to see patients getting back on their feet, see them feel safe and happy about their progress and independence of life.
Good place and possibility to go for lunch.
