It is a great place to work at, good co-workers and amazing food. Sometimes long hours and hard work during rush hours, but it is all worth it. You get breaks to sit down if needed, and food break. The only "down" part would be if something happens you'll have to leave your food and help out.
You learn a lot about food products, HACCP (Hazard Analysis (and) Critical Control Point), costume service and other things depending on what and when you are working. Each year they also have courses and other things you can join up on, no expenses.
During summer and Christmas the company will throw a big party for their employees. Depending on budget, they will throw a big feast and activities (ex. ocean rafting). These are the days that makes the really hard work worth it! A whole day with loads of fun with good co-workers.
