Starting early in the morning the first couple of customers came in for their daily morning coffee. We had a lot of regulars coming through, so it was a very social and busy work place. After the morning rush, I took stock, refilled in the shop shelves, prepared the lunch food and cleaned. Since it gets busy really quick in a small shop like this, it's all about preparation. Two times a week I was calling in orders to our suppliers. I also had to collaborate with the sales reps that came to give us material and samples for new campaigns and products. This made me meet both costumers, workmates, bosses and sales people almost every day.
