As we expand our development team with two new developers, we seek individuals who can bring clarity to complex situations, solve problems methodically, and communicate effectively. We want someone who can translate complex business problems into excellent code—ideally, a prolific coder who delivers high-quality work efficiently across various platforms and languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that address complex business challenges containing critical data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

We’re Looking For Someone With:

• Proven experience as a software engineer with full-stack development.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Systematic problem-solving approach, first principles and critical thinking skills, good design sensibilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to methodically approach complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
