Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excel at stakeholder management? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead the implementation of our new pan-Nordic maintenance contract as a Project Manager.

The Role

As the Project Manager for this high-impact initiative, you will be the main point of contact between our organization and the vendor responsible for servicing and maintaining our network infrastructure across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. This is a critical role that will require strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of change management.

In this role, you will also play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across our organization. Additionally, you will support in improving processes, ways of working, and various reporting needs within the Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new maintenance contract, ensuring a seamless transition and delivery of the project's objectives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our Nordic stakeholders across different business units and the vendor
  • Manage all aspects of the project, including budgeting, resource planning, risk mitigation, and reporting
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved, fostering a spirit of partnership and shared success
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined workflows
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and ways of working to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive reporting solutions


  • Extensive experience in project management, process optimization, or operational roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives
  • Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to navigate diverse organizational structures and cultures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and network infrastructure maintenance processes is a plus but not a necessity
  • Located in Stockholm or Uppsala
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
