Britax Römer's European headquarters is located in Leipheim, which houses production, logistics and administration, as well as one of the world's most advanced crash test facilities for child seats. Our strong corporate values - Care, Trust and Curious - make for a strong company culture.

Main purpose of role:

Responsible for the entire sales process in the defined sales area, building strong relationships and visiting them on-site regularly.

Key accountabilities and responsibilites (Education/Competencies Required/Functional Skills/Technical Skills):

  • Training of customers on our brand and products, enabling them to consult and being up to date at all times.
  • Responsibility for sales and profit targets in your area.
  • Analysis of sales figures and defining action plans per customer.
  • Implementation and monitoring of campaigns and in-store execution, in close cooperation with Marketing.
  • Translation of Marketing material and mailings to customers.
  • Customer web page check regularly – feedback to stores
  • Lift product features and products in the stores by making videos - post on customers SOM
  • Identify new trends and opportunities within the industry.
  • Participation in fairs, demo days and parent evenings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a comparable function in the field service or sales
  • Industry knowledge in the area of baby, toddler or vehicle safety and product knowledge an advantage
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, knowledge of Swedish an advantage
  • Convincing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Distinct customer orientation, negotiation skills, as well as analytical way of thinking and working
  • Very high willingness to travel as well as driver's license absolutely necessary
  • Positive mindset and a "can-do" attitude
  • High level of self-motivation and independence
  • Strong willingness to constantly develop further
