Location: work from home in Greece

Role: Norwegian speaking Customer Service Advisor

Salary: 1,300€ gross per month (paid 14x a year) + up to 150 EURO gross monthly performance bonus

Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 2 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Sunday 09.00-21.00

Our client in Greece is a global leader in customer experience management, providing exceptional support and solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. For their multilingual hub in Athens, we are recruiting for fluent Norwegian speaking Customer Advisors. You can also work from home anywhere in Greece.

The Role

As a Customer Advisor you will represent a global company that is recognized for its innovation-driven approach, specializing in household appliances and technology that focus on performance, energy efficiency, and modern design. You will handle inbound calls from retail customers, addressing a variety of needs, including sales inquiries, aftersales support, product questions, delivery concerns, and issues related to the client's sales platform. While the role primarily focuses on customer service, it also involves aspects of sales and technical support. You will utilize a range of internet-based applications and work through a virtual desktop interface to efficiently manage customer interactions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with all the products firsthand in the on-site Lab, which is equipped with the full range of products for hands-on experience.

Requirements
The successful candidate should have:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
  • Previous customer service or tech support experience desired
  • Multi tasking skills
  • Positive & Flexible attitude

Offer

The selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 2 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 2 weeks. Basic salary 1,300€ gross per month (paid 14x a year) + up to 150 EUR monthly performance bonus.
