Job description: Chief Marketing Officer
As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Admincontrol’s marketing strategy, driving growth, and positioning our brand globally. You will lead and further develop the marketing function, collaborate closely with Sales and Product, and execute strategic initiatives that directly impact business success. In this role, you will also oversee product marketing efforts to ensure our solutions are effectively positioned in the market and strengthen Admincontrol’s presence as a thought leader. Additionally, you will contribute to international growth by adapting marketing strategies to new markets while maintaining overall brand consistency.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an ambitious marketing leader with experience in B2B marketing (ideally within SaaS or tech), strong strategic and commercial acumen, and the ability to develop both people and processes. You understand how to drive growth through data-driven marketing initiatives and have a proven ability to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Your leadership style is collaborative and inspiring, empowering your team to deliver their best work while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. You are forward-thinking, adaptable, and ready to take Admincontrol’s marketing to the next level. Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language is required.
